Perviz Mahmudov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukáš Šmolík, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes in the game, Kamandar Güläliyev fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kurt Vlach having to interfere. A collision led to Naxçıvan FK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kamandar Güläliyev hit a great ball. Karel Bártík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Miroslav Jícha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perviz Mahmudov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 18 minutes, Adam Krčma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Krukanice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Krčma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Naxçıvan FK booed when FC Krukanice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alojz Vogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lubomír Mader in the 23rd minute of play forced Naxçıvan FK's goalkeeper Perviz Mahmudov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, FC Krukanice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukáš Šmolík to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Max Chvála made a precise shot to the right of Perviz Mahmudov. Naxçıvan FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 39th minute of the match, Fäxri Qädimov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kurt Vlach was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 42nd minute Rüfät Häşimov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Vlach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Naxçıvan FK's Vasma Balamämmädov got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lubomír Mader made a kick off. Perviz Mahmudov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miroslav Jícha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. Kurt Vlach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fäxri Qädimov, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Naxçıvan FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Lubomír Mader scored to the left of an out of position Perviz Mahmudov, making the score, 0-3. A collision led to Naxçıvan FK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Fäxri Qädimov hit a great ball. After 74 minutes of play, Naxçıvan FK's Rüfät Häşimov made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurt Vlach was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78thth minute of the game Fäxri Qädimov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Krukanice's Kurt Vlach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Rüfät Häşimov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Kurt Vlach was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute, Vasma Balamämmädov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, FC Krukanice's Borek Kovács tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Vilayät Baxşiyev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Vlach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Rüfät Häşimov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naxçıvan FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Rüfät Häşimov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kurt Vlach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kamandar Güläliyev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Krukanice had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
