In the 15th minute, Almir Valadares made a precise shot to the right of Téo Fonseca. Quebra Ossos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When Richard Breckenfeld fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quebra Ossos FC's protests and gave Richard Breckenfeld a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Montalcino SE booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Montalcino SE's Almir Valadares in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 25 minutes of play, Montalcino SE's Almir Valadares made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Téo Fonseca was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Espiridion came free, but Téo Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute João Adolfo de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdomiro Ferraz made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Gugu Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Nicolas Espiridion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Téo Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 34th minute Dino Nicolini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes, Almir Valadares made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Téo Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Espiridion in the 43rd minute of the match. Téo Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Nicolini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Betão Marinho was the one to do the kick off. Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Valadares in the 54th minute of play. After 58 minutes of play, Montalcino SE's Almir Valadares made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Téo Fonseca was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Gugu Saldanha fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quebra Ossos FC's protests and gave Gugu Saldanha a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Quebra Ossos FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gugu Saldanha hit a great ball. With a little luck, Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca got control of the ball when João Adolfo de Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Téo Fonseca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolas Espiridion went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-15 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Quebra Ossos FC's zone, Nicolas Espiridion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Fonseca came out of the goal and Nicolas Espiridion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Ronaldo Galvão got a free kick in the 86th minute. The supporters of Montalcino SE booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Téo Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Espiridion, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Téo Fonseca made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Almir Valadares sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the game, Almir Valadares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Téo Fonseca. Almir Valadares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-16. Montalcino SE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
