The long shot by Fevzi Oyal in the 10th minute really tested Artur Maranhense's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Özgür Egesel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Artur Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Maranhense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saip Lütfi in the 20th minute. SARI ZEYBEK were furious when Délio Nezihi was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 30th minute, Délio Nezihi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 minutes, Armando Saldanha made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SARI ZEYBEK's Ali Atıf Aktan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Artur Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Vezir in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Hasan Vezir lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Artur Maranhense. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mário Matorin was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, SARI ZEYBEK's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Fantini came free, but Ali Atıf Aktan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Batu Özdeğer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SARI ZEYBEK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batu Özdeğer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FÊNIX F.C. made a substitution. Walmyr de Salles replaced Ronaldo Bastos. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Hasan Vezir sped through FÊNIX F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Maranhense. The audience was convinced that Hasan Vezir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Maranhense was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Batu Özdeğer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Melih Özdener charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melih Özdener the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SARI ZEYBEK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Artur Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batu Özdeğer in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, FÊNIX F.C.'s Adelino Paraíba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Atıf Aktan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Armando Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Hasan Vezir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Oswaldo Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the SARI ZEYBEK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
