The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberigo Prosperi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Capibaribe Stars's Albino Gaskon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tião Paraíba, made in the 56th minute of the game. The supporters of Capibaribe Stars booed when Barcellos Mineiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capibaribe Stars's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wilton Fontes in the 94th minute. After taking down the ball on Capibaribe Stars's corner Wilton Fontes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patricio Ugutz quite easily take care of the ball. The Capibaribe Stars players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Barcellos Mineiro FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
