The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nichifor Pavel got free with Yasin Turabi in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 4 minutes, Nichifor Pavel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★RO★ T-REX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichifor Pavel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute Muharrem Cihansah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Peixoto might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yasin Turabi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nuno Peixoto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute Nichifor Pavel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasin Turabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Nichifor Pavel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yasin Turabi. GeNaReTioN NeXT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nichifor Pavel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Okanay Mutluer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chicão Queirós read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, GeNaReTioN NeXT's Muharrem Cihansah made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chicão Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chicão Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muharrem Cihansah, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. GeNaReTioN NeXT were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after ★RO★ T-REX's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ömür Paşa took the corner. Nuno Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute GeNaReTioN NeXT were awarded a corner. Ömür Paşa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ömür Paşa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ★RO★ T-REX's Chicão Queirós did a great save. Ştefan Iorda's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yasin Turabi firmly grabbed it by the left post. ★RO★ T-REX's Chicão Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Dahlkvist in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Ştefan Iorda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Okanay Mutluer took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chicão Queirós. Chicão Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Chicão Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Dahlkvist in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

A collision led to GeNaReTioN NeXT getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Muharrem Cihansah hit a great ball. Chicão Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Muharrem Cihansah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muharrem Cihansah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Chicão Queirós made a huge save. Nichifor Pavel's late challenge caught a GeNaReTioN NeXT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nichifor Pavel helped the player get up and apologised. Nichifor Pavel hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Eliodor Isaia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yasin Turabi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Yasin Turabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichifor Pavel in the 70th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ★RO★ T-REX's zone, Okanay Mutluer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão Queirós came out of the goal and Okanay Mutluer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oskar Dahlkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Chicão Queirós made a huge save. In the 87th minute Nuno Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasin Turabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th match minute, ★RO★ T-REX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Vasilian to maneuver through the defense. ★RO★ T-REX's Pavel Crăciunescu was substituted for Eliodor Isaia. In the 90th match minute, ★RO★ T-REX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Vasilian to maneuver through the defense.
