A collision led to Atletico Sweds getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Patrick Henriksson hit a great ball. After 6 minutes, Karl-Johan Örtendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Sweds and the Portus Ganda players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Portus Ganda booed when Atletico Sweds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Johan Örtendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stor Norling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jüri Djorkaeff in the 7th minute of play. Wilhelm Sahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Tony Vanbuyten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11thth minute of the game Güralp Ergüleç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Sweds's Stor Norling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Portus Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Galle came free, but Tony Vanbuyten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Atletico Sweds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Miconi to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Güralp Ergüleç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stor Norling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ye Yang Ao in the 23rd minute of play forced Atletico Sweds's goalkeeper Stor Norling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Güralp Ergüleç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stor Norling having to interfere. Stor Norling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Güralp Ergüleç, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Portus Ganda's Tony Vanbuyten got control of the ball when Håkan Galle tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 37th minute of play forced Atletico Sweds's goalkeeper Stor Norling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stor Norling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güralp Ergüleç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ye Yang Ao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atletico Sweds's Stor Norling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 46th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Galle got free with Tony Vanbuyten in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Håkan Galle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Atletico Sweds's Wilhelm Sahlberg got a free kick in the 51st minute. Atletico Sweds's Stor Norling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 58th minute of play. When Güralp Ergüleç came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Portus Ganda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güralp Ergüleç couldn't finish the play. Atletico Sweds's Stor Norling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Sweds from getting a goal against them. After 62 minutes Atletico Sweds's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jüri Djorkaeff who took care of the corner kick. Güralp Ergüleç was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 67 minutes into the match, Atletico Sweds's Wilhelm Sahlberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Vanbuyten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stor Norling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Skorri Borries got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Güralp Ergüleç took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stor Norling. Stor Norling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tony Vanbuyten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Miconi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Jüri Djorkaeff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Atletico Sweds's goal looked a bit too open when Jüri Djorkaeff came free, but Stor Norling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Jüri Djorkaeff fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 91st minute, Jüri Djorkaeff reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stor Norling. The goal made the score 0-3. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Joannes Van De Wijngaert put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Stor Norling. When the match was over Portus Ganda could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atletico Sweds throughout the match.
