An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 12th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Modestio. Cãlin Damaschin made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Valerio Spadoni sent off a good shot on target. Edgar Kensicki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Amboy FC's Ruperto Modestio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cãlin Damaschin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 35th minute of the match, Nicanor Mendiko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cãlin Damaschin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ruperto Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis made the kick off in the second half. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruce Cornforth made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cornelio Rius however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 61st minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Modestio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 70th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valerio Spadoni in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Mourelatos. Amboy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Modestio in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 任棋振 in the 83rd minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Kensicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Simon Gerbault. In the 92nd minute of the match Cornelio Rius shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cãlin Damaschin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
