Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexandru Pintilie kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, FC Berea's Basarab Arotăriței got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute of the match, Teodor Chitoran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dacian Iurea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 10th minute, Alexandru Pintilie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toader Turdeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Berea booed when Armada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Cristian didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Berea Luca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armada's Teodor Chitoran got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dacian Iurea made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Octavian Cristian sent off a good shot on target. FC Berea's Dacian Iurea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC Berea from getting a goal against them. Sergiu Rădescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berea Luca in the 36th minute of play. Armada's Octavian Cristian managed to work through FC Berea's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Octavian Cristian dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Adrian Hâldan kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Alexandru Pintilie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dacian Iurea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Teodor Chitoran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Iurea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berea Luca to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basarab Arotăriței was the one to do the kick off. When Basarab Arotăriței came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FC Berea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basarab Arotăriței couldn't finish the play. If Alexandru Pintilie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berea Luca's late challenge caught a Armada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berea Luca helped the player get up and apologised. Berea Luca hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moise Boacă during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Berea's Codruț Plop was substituted for Berea Avram. After a rather tough play, Armada's Victor Iordănescu got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
