In the 18thth minute of the game Yuri Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but G.I.S.B. Rammstein F.C's Leandro Lenzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Figueira SC FSCMZ were furious when Gil Pirani was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 54th minute, one of Figueira SC FSCMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Figueira SC FSCMZ. Femke Bol had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Umberto Goiano's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
