SALIMEN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paolo Ferdinand ran over to the corner to take the kick. Futuros FC's Paolo Ferdinand was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elói Miranda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elói Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krakaca Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Faustino Gerazan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Carlos Andrade was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Futuros FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Saturnino Gartzea was slow to take the kick. During this time SALIMEN's players had a chance to rest. João Carlos Andrade came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by SALIMEN's Cláudio Pimenta. But to his dismay, Cláudio Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 37 minutes of play, SALIMEN's Cláudio Pimenta made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Carlos Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Carlos Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Pimenta in the 41st minute of the match. Elói Miranda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Fernandes in the 42nd minute. Beto Smith hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Faustino Gerazan took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos Andrade. João Carlos Andrade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half SALIMEN were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulisses Sabóia made a kick off. SALIMEN's Elói Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Fernandes in the 53rd minute of play. Elói Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Elói Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Gerazan. İldeniz Davutoğlu made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 79thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but João Carlos Andrade would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. João Carlos Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Novaes in the 82nd minute of the match. SALIMEN's Elói Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Smith in the 83rd minute of play. Krakaca Neto succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-3. Marcos Fernandes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elói Miranda having to make a save. In the 96th minute, Krakaca Neto made a precise shot to the right of Elói Miranda. SALIMEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Futuros FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SALIMEN for a fine match.
