Cascade Park West's Amir Lee managed to work through AKI CORINTHIANS's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Amir Lee dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 11th minute of the match AKI CORINTHIANS got a corner. Cascade Park West's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfred Schrijns ran over to the corner to take the kick. Piotr Brzakala hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute of the match Alfred Schrijns shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Wilhelm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jamar Orlinsky kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. AKI CORINTHIANS's Bert Karlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dario Wilhelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Brasil in the 25th minute of the match. Paredes Fortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amir Lee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ciro Brasil came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the AKI CORINTHIANS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Brasil couldn't finish the play. With his leg Paredes Fortes managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Cascade Park West's Amir Lee fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 42nd minute of the match, Waldo Renteria tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paredes Fortes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With his leg Paredes Fortes managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Cascade Park West's Amir Lee fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amir Lee to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amir Lee in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paredes Fortes saved AKI CORINTHIANS from getting behind. Paredes Fortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amir Lee in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldo Renteria in the 59th minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Paredes Fortes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paredes Fortes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amir Lee in the 61st minute of play. After 63 minutes, Zoilo Doblas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cascade Park West and the AKI CORINTHIANS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Cascade Park West:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AKI CORINTHIANS:s goal. When Bert Karlsson fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AKI CORINTHIANS's protests and gave Bert Karlsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Allen Dalton. Allen Dalton hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amir Lee in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paredes Fortes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paredes Fortes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amir Lee, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Cascade Park West made a substitution. Wang Sha Qian replaced Amir Lee. Cascade Park West's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Barlas Aydın in the 78th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Wang Sha Qian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paredes Fortes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Sha Qian in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Wang Sha Qian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paredes Fortes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Wang Sha Qian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cascade Park West's supporters rose to their feet, but Wang Sha Qian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paredes Fortes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paredes Fortes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Sha Qian in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AKI CORINTHIANS's zone, Allen Dalton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paredes Fortes came out of the goal and Allen Dalton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cascade Park West's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
