Mestre GG's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Ismael Neiva scored to the left of an out of position Raúl de Amaral, making the score, 1-0. Aníbal Pirani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Raúl de Amaral firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Fiori Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mestre GG's supporters rose to their feet, but Fiori Campidelis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thibault Mamardashvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laerte Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Vambola Probach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raúl de Amaral. Mestre GG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vambola Probach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 34th minute, Danilo de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Francisco Mota's late challenge caught a JFSP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Francisco Mota helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Mota. When Isaltino Oliveira fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mestre GG's protests and gave Isaltino Oliveira a yellow card for diving instead. Isaltino Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The long shot by Ismael Velloso in the 41st minute really tested Raúl de Amaral's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Danilo Gonçalves hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Vambola Probach. In the 46th minute of the match, Aníbal Pirani got a very nice opportunity to score, but Raúl de Amaral was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Vambola Probach made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Gláuber Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mestre GG's Raúl de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Neiva in the 60th minute of play. Raúl de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Neiva in the 61st minute of the match. Ismael Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raúl de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Paiva in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thibault Mamardashvili saved JFSP from getting behind. Ismael Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Mestre GG getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Christian Donato hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Leopoldo Barbosa got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Sílvio Luís Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JFSP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Luís Ceresso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Fiori Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Amadeu Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mestre GG's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeu Pombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thibault Mamardashvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Sílvio Luís Ceresso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JFSP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Raúl de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 96th minute of play. The JFSP fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when JFSP's Sílvio Luís Ceresso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. JFSP were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mestre GG for a fine match.
