Pragmáticos 1903's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Mazer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If David Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgílio Seco's late challenge caught a Pragmáticos 1903's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgílio Seco helped the player get up and apologised. Gustavo Abud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Sydney Barros made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Adrianinho Capixaba got a free kick in the 20th minute. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gustavo Mazer sped through Granadero10's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sydney Barros. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Leonel Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Kauan Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The long shot by Gustavo Abud in the 44th minute really tested Sydney Barros's skills. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgílio Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Gustavo Mazer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granadero10's Sydney Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Pragmáticos 1903 fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Pragmáticos 1903's Gustavo Mazer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pragmáticos 1903's Telmo Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 minutes, Vinícius das Neves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granadero10 and the Pragmáticos 1903 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius das Neves to maneuver through the defense. Pragmáticos 1903 made a substitution. Vinícius das Neves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Arí Sarmento when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 85th minute Douglas Gustavo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Francisco Netto hit a great ball. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Furlan in the 89th minute of the match. Douglas Gustavo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Barros having to interfere. Pragmáticos 1903's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
