In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 3rd minute AS Pikachuzim were awarded a corner. Victor da Fonseca went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 6th match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléber Rossi to maneuver through the defense. Virgílio Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Granadero10's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victor da Fonseca was slow to take the kick. During this time AS Pikachuzim's players had a chance to rest. AS Pikachuzim's Victor da Fonseca was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sydney Barros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 13 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Claudinho Moura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgílio Seco. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dadá Torres in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sydney Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sydney Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dadá Torres went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Doni Koehler fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granadero10's protests and gave Doni Koehler a yellow card for diving instead. Doni Koehler hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio Seco came free, but Claudinho Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgílio Seco in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinho Moura saved AS Pikachuzim from getting behind. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Virgílio Seco sped through AS Pikachuzim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudinho Moura. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Torres in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Vito Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sydney Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, AS Pikachuzim's Dadá Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sydney Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Pedro Paulo Paulista's late challenge caught a AS Pikachuzim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Paulo Paulista helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Granadero10:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AS Pikachuzim:s goal. Sydney Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Bittencourt went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dadá Torres got free with Sydney Barros in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded AS Pikachuzim left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Granadero10.
