When Adalberto Donato came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Brasiliense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adalberto Donato couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Brasiliense FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Wilson Reis hit a great ball. Severino Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Didi Gaúcho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AF CERRADO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Brasiliense FC's Abel Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Motta in the 15th minute of play. Severino Alcântara was a little too slow when Clemente Lopez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Didi Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Abel Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Brasiliense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Motta came free, but Abel Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juarês Quirino's late challenge caught a AF CERRADO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juarês Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Brasiliense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Quirino to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Arí Motta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Ortiz was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, Adalberto Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Alcântara came out of the goal and Adalberto Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severino Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Dantas in the 44th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Adalberto Donato made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adalberto Donato in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Alcântara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Motta in the 56th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Wilson Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Brasiliense FC's Abel Ortiz got control of the ball when Didi Gaúcho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Adalberto Donato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AF CERRADO's Severino Alcântara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severino Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Dantas in the 82nd minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Donato came free, but Severino Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AF CERRADO's Severino Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Donato in the 91st minute of play. If Didi Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
