Cemal Palabıyık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Teixeira having to interfere. Konstanty Wawro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stamen Tekeliev went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 24 minutes Rega Merida CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sandu Mândrilă who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Playa Malvín's zone, Nistor Sârban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Teixeira came out of the goal and Nistor Sârban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Sârban in the 32nd minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Rega Merida CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaroslav Svitlychnyi to maneuver through the defense. In the 45thth minute of the game Nistor Sârban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nistor Sârban was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 61st minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Konstanty Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Roberto Teixeira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Elpidio Umbruso was slow to take the kick. During this time Rega Merida CF's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Rega Merida CF's corner Elpidio Umbruso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zé Roberto Teixeira quite easily take care of the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81stth minute of the game Konrad Knopek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Knopek, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Knopek in the 85th minute of the match. Zé Roberto Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konrad Knopek's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Konrad Knopek scored 3-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Roberto Teixeira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rega Merida CF had won after a very even match.
