Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes of play, Aniquiladores's Vachon Alarcon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustino Elorri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Urdin Lino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Kusko in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Matias Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urdin Lino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aniquiladores's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sixto Sindo was slow to take the kick. During this time Papagayos's players had a chance to rest. Papagayos's Matias Kusko was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Urdin Lino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Aniquiladores's Kelemen Cobos got a free kick in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Aniquiladores's zone, Cristobal Cordaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urdin Lino came out of the goal and Cristobal Cordaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urdin Lino made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Cristobal Cordaro sent off a good shot on target. Urdin Lino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Ruisko in the 25th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Papagayos's goal looked a bit too open when Vachon Alarcon came free, but Faustino Elorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes Papagayos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fortunato Cerejido who took care of the corner kick. Fortunato Cerejido made a great header on Aniquiladores's corner, it was just that Papagayos's Faustino Elorri managed to reach the ball for a save. Gonzo Delgado struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Faustino Elorri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aniquiladores. With a little luck, Aniquiladores's Urdin Lino got control of the ball when Matias Ruisko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Tipi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Papagayos booed when Aniquiladores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kelemen Cobos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Matias Kusko made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Telesforo Carcamo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aniquiladores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papagayos the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Tipi in the 58th minute of play forced Aniquiladores's goalkeeper Urdin Lino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Aniquiladores's Zorion Caval got a free kick in the 60th minute. Matias Kusko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urdin Lino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. With 62 minutes on the clock, Zorion Caval commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Zorion Caval hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Urdin Lino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Sindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Rafael Urtsin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 played minutes Aniquiladores got a freekick which was hit by Kelemen Cobos. After a defensive mix-up in Aniquiladores's zone, Matias Ruisko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urdin Lino came out of the goal and Matias Ruisko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vachon Alarcon hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Urdin Lino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Ruisko in the 75th minute of play. Cristobal Cordaro hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Matias Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urdin Lino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
