C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Guy Hogg came free, but Jefferson de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jefferson de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Ferrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24thth minute of the game Larry Ferrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Araçá F. C.'s Jefferson de Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Wen Jie Ting advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 26th minute. C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guy Hogg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Grzegorz Piechna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferson de Moraes having to interfere. With a little luck, Araçá F. C.'s Jefferson de Moraes got control of the ball when Larry Ferrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arrows Academy FC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Araçá F. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guy Hogg took the corner. Jefferson de Moraes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After having played for 92 minutes, Joélson de Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Araçá F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Joélson de Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute of the match Arrows Academy FC got a corner. Araçá F. C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guy Hogg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Araçá F. C.'s goalie and right to Fabricio Enekoitz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Araçá F. C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match was over Arrows Academy FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Araçá F. C. throughout the match.
