Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Charlie Vandamme kicked off to start the match. Casimiro Jatsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Tonić having to make a save. In the 9th minute Casimiro Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gino Tonić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casimiro Jatsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Tonić having to make a save. Gino Tonić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Jatsu in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the New Miran FC defense, Casimiro Jatsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gino Tonić. The New Miran FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gino Tonić should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Jatsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute of the game Äli Abdulrähmanov made a throw-in which Casimiro Jatsu played forward. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Pedro Paulo Barreto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute of the match New Miran FC got a corner. Airborne FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Johan Neeskens ran over to the corner to take the kick. Johan Neeskens made a great header on New Miran FC's corner, it was just that Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto managed to reach the ball for a save.

Airborne FC made a substitution. Sven Lind replaced Danilo Principe. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casimiro Jatsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Casimiro Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. New Miran FC's Gino Tonić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save New Miran FC from getting a goal against them. After 59 played minutes Airborne FC got a freekick which was hit by Horia Lupu. Horia Lupu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Horia Lupu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horia Lupu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes Airborne FC got a freekick which was hit by Horia Lupu. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Turner, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a little luck, New Miran FC's Gino Tonić got control of the ball when Casimiro Jatsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, New Miran FC's Laerte Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Paulo Barreto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 94 minutes into the match, Airborne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Turner came free, but Pedro Paulo Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Laerte Marquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Paulo Barreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The Airborne FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Airborne FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
