But to his dismay, Turgut Soyuer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fonso Zotillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 16th minute of play. Fonso Zotillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Turgut Soyuer went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The PREZULO FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Jurdan got free with Jarbas Quadros in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fonso Zotillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute Severino Capixaba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fonso Zotillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Turgut Soyuer made a kick off. Yuri Tasso made in the 51st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Patrick Leite however managed to control. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind XV de Piracicaba's goalkeeper Fonso Zotillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jarbas Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Capixaba, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Fonso Zotillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Capixaba in the 61st minute of play forced PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Jarbas Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When XV de Piracicaba's Severino Capixaba in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PREZULO FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Turgut Soyuer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PREZULO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Turgut Soyuer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fonso Zotillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Turgut Soyuer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fonso Zotillo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. PREZULO FC's He Xiao was substituted for Jonathan Otto. 74 minutes into the match, XV de Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Ferreira came free, but Fonso Zotillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, PREZULO FC's Isaac Ferreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fonso Zotillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. In the 83rd minute, Hernani Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84thth minute of the game Isaac Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XV de Piracicaba's Fonso Zotillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, XV de Piracicaba's Fonso Zotillo got control of the ball when He Xiao tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, PREZULO FC's Fonso Zotillo threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isaac Ferreira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. He Xiao hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. PREZULO FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
