Teofil Gorzkiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cláudio Bittencourt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofil Gorzkiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Gorzkiewicz in the 9th minute of play forced Red Bull Magnus's goalkeeper Cláudio Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes Red Bull Magnus's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
