The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the game, Gudesteo Santiago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Guido Luar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urtsin Madariaga charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urtsin Madariaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when SC Pfullendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urtsin Madariaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipo Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute, Gudesteo Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes SC Pfullendorf got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Diez. In the 30thth minute of the game Eulalio Bilintx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Pfullendorf's Felipo Ramirez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felipo Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Chago in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes SC Pfullendorf's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elpidio Raebert who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Elpidio Raebert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Pfullendorf's Felipo Ramirez did a great save. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Primitivo Chago got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 48th minute, Eulalio Bilintx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipo Ramirez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. SC Pfullendorf made a substitution. Garci Macho replaced Francisco Blanco. SC Pfullendorf made a substitution. Loramendi Jurado replaced Gudesteo Santiago.

Primitivo Chago took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipo Ramirez. Felipo Ramirez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Eulalio Francesco kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Marquez Tobias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Luar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, SC Pfullendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ximo Tobias to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Kepa Machado made a precise shot to the right of Guido Luar. Los Gallos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 74 minutes into the match, Los Gallos's goal looked a bit too open when Loramendi Jurado came free, but Guido Luar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Bilintx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Felipo Ramirez made a huge save. Primitivo Chago kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Valentin Neron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marquez Tobias struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Guido Luar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Pfullendorf. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Gallos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
