But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abe Hoyt couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Seguinus in the 69th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Dillon McDonough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Alfonzo Wolfe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isótopos V.M.'s Casimiro Richie was substituted for Raul Joey.
