Octavio Lauaxeta had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Eulalio Bilintx's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Octavio Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Bilintx in the 6th minute of the match. Danilo Ireno struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Octavio Lauaxeta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Gallos. Guido Luar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Brion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes Simbo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elpidio Raebert who took care of the corner kick. Primitivo Chago was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Paolo Rumaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Los Gallos's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Belasko in the 34th minute of play. Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Chago in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Simbo FC's zone, Elpidio Raebert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Lauaxeta came out of the goal and Elpidio Raebert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the game, Rogelio Gombal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Simbo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Gallos the free kick. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Gombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Eulalio Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eulalio Bilintx to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Elias Palos hit a great ball. Simbo FC's Felipe Tipi was substituted for Julian Rameriz. After 61 played minutes Simbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Palos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Primitivo Chago in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Lauaxeta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 70 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Vidal. In the 82nd minute, Jonas Brion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Simbo FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Gallos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
