When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Tostão Motta took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nilson Peres to make any attempt to save it. After 9 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Vieira. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of ITAFUT 4EVER:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE:s goal. The goalkeeper, Nilson Peres, was totally fooled by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Tite Pombo, who 15 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. José Sand scored 2-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilson Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Eger in the 30th minute of play. Alexandre Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vítor Porto in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Evelio Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jean-Paul Møffelmand was slow to take the kick. During this time ITAFUT 4EVER's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jean-Paul Møffelmand almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil did a great save. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Balasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Jean-Paul Møffelmand sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil didn't even have to move. Alexandre Brasil came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's José Sand. But to his dismay, José Sand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jean-Paul Møffelmand got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Sayveon to make the kick off. After some careless play in the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE defense, Jean-Paul Møffelmand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandre Brasil. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre Brasil should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute of the match Jean-Paul Møffelmand shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandre Brasil showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boguslaw Tarasek. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Galip Özbekkan hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Boguslaw Tarasek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Bertassi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Alexandre Brasil made a huge save. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the game, Robert Arboleda threw the ball into play from the sideline. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Vítor Vieira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 87th minute, Sidney Bertassi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Alexandre Brasil made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Sidney Bertassi sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute Boguslaw Tarasek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Vieira to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil got control of the ball when Sidney Bertassi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nilson Peres came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Horacio Sayveon. But to his dismay, Horacio Sayveon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. ITAFUT 4EVER played a much better game than E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE and deserved their victory. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
