Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Yahya Burçak in the 17th minute of play. Jon Grøneng kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Túlio Silva was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Alfredo Martins capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfredo Martins really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Yahya Burçak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Túlio Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Cano, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Diego Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nestor Paraibano came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Marquês de Herval fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Paraibano couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Paraibano in the 77th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Túlio Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
