Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match, Edin Džeko got a very nice opportunity to score, but Celso Trevisan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Corneliu Dridu took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeo Rufo. Amadeo Rufo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Dr Lecter SC's Omid Kaulbach got a free kick in the 44th minute. If Guilherme Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. Celso Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelinho Maciel in the 60th minute of the match. Amadeo Rufo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Corneliu Dridu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 64 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Corneliu Dridu came free, but Amadeo Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Corneliu Dridu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo Rufo. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Corneliu Dridu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. João Miranda made in the 80th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Guilherme Peres however managed to control. Amadeo Rufo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Amadeo Rufo was a little too slow when Corneliu Dridu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-6. Dr Lecter SC made a substitution. Dieguinho de Medeiros replaced Válbson Batista. Amadeo Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dr Lecter SC's Ma Wei Jun managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by João Miranda in the 94 minute of the game. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Guilherme Peres sped through Dr Lecter SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Trevisan. Dr Lecter SC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
