The Svartvallstjärnens IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Linus Ahlquist should have stopped the shot. After 10 played minutes Fusk&Bygg AB got a freekick which was hit by Arne Broman. 12 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Cane came free, but Su Premetis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ralf Sundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Linus Ahlquist made a huge save. Ralf Sundin in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Linus Ahlquist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fusk&Bygg AB's Su Premetis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Cane in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fusk&Bygg AB's zone, Mats Ljusberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Su Premetis came out of the goal and Mats Ljusberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ralf Sundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Linus Ahlquist made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Göran Cane notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fusk&Bygg AB's Su Premetis. Su Premetis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute Göran Cane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Premetis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ralf Sundin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Patrik Blanck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linus Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Sundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's Ralf Sundin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Linus Ahlquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Kvalfält kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Thiago Castelao was substituted for Tomas Kvalfält. Linus Ahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Sundin in the 69th minute of play. Su Premetis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Ljusberg in the 72nd minute of play. Fusk&Bygg AB's Su Premetis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Fusk&Bygg AB from getting a goal against them. After having played for 85 minutes, Guido Golang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fusk&Bygg AB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Golang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fusk&Bygg AB made a substitution. Fritz Kleen replaced Ralf Sundin. Fusk&Bygg AB's Niklas Myhr was substituted for Jan Sigfridsson. When Benjamin Lekberg fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fusk&Bygg AB's protests and gave Benjamin Lekberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Benjamin Lekberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Svartvallstjärnens IF's Göran Cane in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fusk&Bygg AB's goalie prevented a goal.
