In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Leon Platense's goalkeeper Ruperto Rainerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Dionisia's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Anaya came free, but Serafim Eanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dionisia's Serafim Eanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaafar Carrillo in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Dionisia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Topolski to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Dionisia defense, Dario Hussain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafim Eanes. The Dionisia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafim Eanes should have stopped the shot. Arnaldo Beturian struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Ruperto Rainerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dionisia. In the 39th minute Hernán Leandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes Leon Platense got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Kemen. In the 46th minute Dario Hussain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Dionisia made a substitution. Sebastian Cisco replaced Denis Ereinotz. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dario Hussain made a kick off. The supporters of Leon Platense booed when Dionisia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Rainerio came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Dionisia's Arnaldo Beturian. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Beturian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Dionisia's Nemesio Eudoxio was substituted for Arnaldo Beturian. 62 minutes into the match, Dionisia's Nemesio Eudoxio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruperto Rainerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dionisia were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Leon Platense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Florencio Chano took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nemesio Eudoxio in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Rainerio saved Leon Platense from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Florencio Chano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ruperto Rainerio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nemesio Eudoxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Hussain got free with Serafim Eanes in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nemesio Eudoxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Eudoxio in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Leon Platense defense, Nemesio Eudoxio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruperto Rainerio. The Leon Platense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruperto Rainerio should have stopped the shot. But to his dismay, Hernán Leandro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 94th minute of the match Dionisia got a corner. Leon Platense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florencio Chano ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Dionisia's Florencio Chano to fire away a dangerous shot which Ruperto Rainerio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ruperto Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Chano in the 96th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaafar Carrillo during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th minute, Gaafar Carrillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Leon Platense had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
