The Leon Platense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruperto Rainerio should have stopped the shot. Gaafar Carrillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmond Verdun having to interfere. Ruperto Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Sandalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Gines in the 27th minute of play. Isidro Gines took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruperto Rainerio. Ruperto Rainerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ruperto Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Gines in the 39th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Adrio to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dario Hussain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Leon Platense's Hernán Leandro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Verdun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute Hernán Leandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Ado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Matias Sengrat kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaafar Carrillo in the 77th minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Ado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ruperto Rainerio made a huge save. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Anaya in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Leon Platense's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Rameriz came free, but Ruperto Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Victorino Sandalio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ruperto Rainerio, 1-4. Errecaborda AFC made a substitution. Hipolito Neron replaced Miguel Savion. 1-5 became the score in the 95th minute when Victorino Sandalio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Errecaborda AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
