Nilmar de Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Shark FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Afonso Vargas hit a great ball. Shark FC - FSCMZ's Nilmar de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Britovskiy in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Célio Queirós in the 14th minute of play forced Shark FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Nilmar de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Shark FC - FSCMZ booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Durval Messias made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Artur do Vale sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes into the game, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Cacá Britovskiy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilmar de Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 25th minute, Cacá Britovskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cacá Britovskiy scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilmar de Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Célio Queirós made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilmar de Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Márcio Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Márcio Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Shark FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Garcia. Lobo Londrina kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to Shark FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Waldemar Vergílio hit a great ball. Nilmar de Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Célio Queirós went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Márcio Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Walmir Teles took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilmar de Amorim. Nilmar de Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Nilmar de Amorim came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Walmir Teles. But to his dismay, Walmir Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 62 minutes into the match, Cacá Britovskiy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilmar de Amorim. Shark FC - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cacá Britovskiy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. 71 minutes into the match, Shark FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Célio Queirós came free, but Nilmar de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Roberto Biaggio came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Coritiba Foot Ball Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Biaggio couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Célio Queirós in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilmar de Amorim saved Shark FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Walmir Teles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nilmar de Amorim. Nilmar de Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Durval Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Garcia in the 83rd minute of play. Dedé Pimenta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Durval Messias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Nilmar de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Britovskiy in the 90th minute of the match. Nilmar de Amorim was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Léo Nascimento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Léo Nascimento really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Nilmar de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
