Marcelo Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Queirós in the 24th minute of the match. Reinaldo Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evaristo Meira to strike the kick off in the second half. After 80 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Paiva. 87 minutes into the match, Márcio Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Medeiros. Figueira SC FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Márcio Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 93rd minute, Shark FC - FSCMZ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Evaristo Meira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 95th match minute, Shark FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Shark FC - FSCMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
