A collision led to Deportivo Mukenio getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. 周政景 hit a great ball. Aziz Akarsus short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Xie Chao Cheng to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aziz Akarsu in the 12th minute of play forced Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goalkeeper Xie Chao Cheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xie Chao Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Akarsu in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 周政景 to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute of the match, Aziz Akarsu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xie Chao Cheng was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ramon Rius hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Jaroslav Nechvátal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregorio Elixio might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Gimenez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gregorio Elixio ran back to his position shaking his head. A sloppy throw-in by 周政景 in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Reynaldo Inge. Xie Chao Cheng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aziz Akarsu in the 43rd minute. Aziz Akarsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Xie Chao Cheng made a huge save. Bernardo Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Gimenez having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

52 minutes into the match, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Akarsu came free, but Xie Chao Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Aziz Akarsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xie Chao Cheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club A. Chipa y Tereré's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mario Hever was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Mukenio's players had a chance to rest. In the 72nd match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 周政景 to maneuver through the defense. Club A. Chipa y Tereré made a substitution. Gabriel Gaizko replaced Wilfredo Cordairo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aziz Akarsu in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xie Chao Cheng saved Club A. Chipa y Tereré from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aziz Akarsu in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xie Chao Cheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the match, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Rius came free, but Xie Chao Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Jaroslav Nechvátal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaroslav Nechvátal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 96 played minutes Club A. Chipa y Tereré got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslav Nechvátal.
