When Marco Cantona came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Vikingos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Cantona couldn't finish the play. When Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sebastián Sosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Sebastián Torrico was a little too slow when Marco Cantona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Cantona in the 26th minute of play forced Urko FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastián Torrico made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Marco Cantona sent off a good shot on target. Filomeno Kauldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Cruz in the 36th minute of the match. Sebastián Sosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celso Cruz went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Vikingos FC's attentive Tarmo Kaare managed to snatch the ball when Binjamin Van Campenhout made a throw-in in the 40th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the match, Urko FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Cantona. In the 43rd minute Celso Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Sosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Antonio Arnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marek Torm to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastián Sosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Arnas in the 53rd minute. Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Torm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Marco Cantona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 90th minute Denis Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Sosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Alonso in the 91st minute of play. Urko FC were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Vikingos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andrew Robertson took the corner. The corner led Urko FC's Denis Alonso to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastián Sosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 95th minute Marek Torm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Alonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Urko FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vikingos FC.
