Mickael Wuyts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Argider, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Mickael Wuyts, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rigoberto Argider received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mickael Wuyts came out and tried to block the shot, but Rigoberto Argider slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Rigoberto Argider might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mickael Wuyts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rigoberto Argider ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, Rigoberto Argider left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres de Escalada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With an all-out effort, Talleres de Escalada's Mickael Wuyts threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rigoberto Argider, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 30th minute Marciano Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Leheren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rigoberto Argider stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mickael Wuyts prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mickael Wuyts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rigoberto Argider went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute, Bahía é Carnaval's Marciano Ferran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Martin Leheren. Martin Leheren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Talleres de Escalada made a substitution. Verner Nordin replaced Remigio Feliu. Mickael Wuyts came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres de Escalada's Rigoberto Argider. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Argider quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Jonny Saran made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bahía é Carnaval's Erubiel Gaitan. After 87 played minutes Bahía é Carnaval got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Gaitan. In the 89th match minute, Bahía é Carnaval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Playo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bahía é Carnaval booed when Talleres de Escalada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Tingelholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 minutes, Jonas Tingelholm mouthed his way into the referee's book.
