After 26 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Arsene Vermeulen. Oleg Timofeev was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Bram Van Wontergem capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bram Van Wontergem really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Valladares in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of KFC Paal-Tervant booed when Montevideo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acácio Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Bram Van Wontergem dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oleg Timofeev, 2-3.
