Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) spikarna's Kaj Hård started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Ljusberg in the 4th minute of play. Jan-Erik Carlsson took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lars Norberg. Lars Norberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaj Hård in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Linus Ahlquist saved Svartvallstjärnens IF from getting behind. Jan-Erik Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. Linus Ahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Nordkvist in the 14th minute of the match. Lars Norberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Erik Carlsson's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Karl-Åke Vestlund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Lars Norberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 27th minute Jan-Erik Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Åke Vestlund in the 32nd minute. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Ljusberg in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Niklas Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Ahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Linus Ahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Hård in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Åke Vestlund. spikarna's Lars Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Carlsson in the 41st minute of play. Lars Norberg came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Svartvallstjärnens IF's Mats Ljusberg. But to his dismay, Mats Ljusberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in spikarna fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Lars Norberg had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Björn Andberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Jan-Erik Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF got a freekick which was hit by Tor-Ivar Storm. spikarna's Lars Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Carlsson in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Svartvallstjärnens IF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Björn Andberg hit a great ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF made a substitution. Tommy Granberg replaced Mats Ljusberg. After a rather tough play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Björn Andberg got a free kick in the 68th minute. 76 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Tore Svartström came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match Svartvallstjärnens IF got a corner. spikarna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Björn Andberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Castelao in the 79th minute of play forced spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the spikarna defense, Tore Svartström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lars Norberg. The spikarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars Norberg should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tore Svartström in the 84th minute of play forced spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Norberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tore Svartström's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Atakan Pepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Ahlquist having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Tore Svartström came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute Ulf Säf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Granberg in the 94th minute of play forced spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tore Svartström, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
