Enrique Lekubegi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes Danial Boon rounded Palermo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Danial Boon in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enrique Lekubegi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Julian Birila made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Camilo Azubeli. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danial Boon got free with Enrique Lekubegi in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danial Boon in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Lekubegi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Julian Birila with Evelio Guipuzkoa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Danial Boon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Lekubegi came out and tried to block the shot, but Danial Boon slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Birila to maneuver through the defense. Palermo's Enrique Lekubegi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo from getting a goal against them. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Ioritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Danial Boon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Lekubegi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Ioritz came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Fragiskos Fitriansyah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters rose to their feet, but Fragiskos Fitriansyah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palermo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Danial Boon scored to the left of an out of position Enrique Lekubegi, making the score, 3-1. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Danial Boon got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palermo's Enrique Lekubegi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Boon in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandre Tepedino made a kick off. The supporters of Deportivo Pomelo Nenene booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Argi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umea Sorzano in the 52nd minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Enrique Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ezequiel Lluques was substituted for Gong Jun Jian. Evelio Guipuzkoa got a throw-in 68 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Baldomiro Eutor. In the 72nd minute Liu Feng Guang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liu Feng Guang struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Enrique Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Pomelo Nenene. The supporters of Deportivo Pomelo Nenene booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Oton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umea Sorzano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Enrique Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fragiskos Fitriansyah in the 81st minute of play. Liu Feng Guang scored 4-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Lekubegi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enrique Lekubegi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Palermo for a fine match.
