In the 2nd minute, Goizeder Cepeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justino Heli hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. If Lucjan Burufski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucjan Burufski might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Vassenius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucjan Burufski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind RB Chubut's goalkeeper Robert Vassenius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute of the game Maximino Aimar made a throw-in which Xizavier Dacorrega played forward. 31 minutes into the game, Adrian Cristos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RB Chubut's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKS Kozienice the free kick. The supporters of AKS Kozienice booed when RB Chubut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Cristos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Brodzki during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, AKS Kozienice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Brodzki to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to RB Chubut getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Fernand Redondo hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Kacper Prosowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Robert Vassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Burufski in the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes RB Chubut's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ryszard Jaszyna who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to AKS Kozienice's Edward Brodzki getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

AKS Kozienice's Kacper Prosowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Pelé in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, RB Chubut's Luisito Txordon got a free kick in the 80th minute. Edward Brodzki was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. If Andrézinho Pelé had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrézinho Pelé in the 87th minute of play forced AKS Kozienice's goalkeeper Kacper Prosowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, AKS Kozienice's goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Pelé came free, but Kacper Prosowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Isaac Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RB Chubut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Mingo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luisito Txordon hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
