Olds School Pepo's Jacinto Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Bernard in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bernardino Baumer hit a great ball. After 8 minutes Olds School Pepo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chicão Carneiro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Chicão Carneiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacinto Nicholas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Damian Ur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's Herminio Stephen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Ur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Stephen got free with Damian Ur in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Stephen in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Ur saved LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP from getting behind. Damian Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Stephen in the 30th minute of play. With a little luck, LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Damian Ur got control of the ball when Herminio Stephen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 32 minutes of play, LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Moncho Harroyo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Nicholas was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Stephen in the 39th minute of play forced LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's goalkeeper Damian Ur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Birol Yavuzcan in the 40th minute of play. Damian Ur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olds School Pepo made a substitution. Juan Gervaso replaced Herminio Stephen. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Serrizuela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Olds School Pepo's José Serrizuela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Ur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Freddy Bernard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Nicholas having to interfere. Jacinto Nicholas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moncho Harroyo's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 92ndth minute of the game Moncho Harroyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olds School Pepo's Jacinto Nicholas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Mustafa Birol Yavuzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Birol Yavuzcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP may have spent more time on the ball, but Olds School Pepo were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
