When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisito Antequera made a kick off. With a little luck, ACF Gigliati's Feliks Szkarpiak got control of the ball when Luisito Antequera tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Lichucki in the 85th minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Ronaldo Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
