Electric Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Várzea F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Electric Futbol Club's Pablo Abalos got a free kick in the 4th minute. Bruninho Arósio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Marco Jurgi made a huge save. Ignacio Vitin kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Reinaldo Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Teofilio in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Alessandro Mandrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Jurgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Robustiano Beremundo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Marco Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Mandrak in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Miguel Marques got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Várzea F.C. defense, Nicanor Vigil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaldo Queiroz. The Várzea F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaldo Queiroz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Beila in the 37th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Reinaldo Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Várzea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Loureiro.

Alessandro Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robustiano Beremundo during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Electric Futbol Club getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Robustiano Beremundo hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Gilson Neves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Jurgi skillfully saved the ball. Marco Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Clemente Marko's late challenge caught a Várzea F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemente Marko helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 62 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Várzea F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Guilherme Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Electric Futbol Club's Marco Jurgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilson Neves in the 64th minute of play. Marco Jurgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Mandrak in the 66th minute of the match. Mateo Beila hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A collision led to Electric Futbol Club getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Pablo Abalos hit a great ball. Mateo Beila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Reinaldo Queiroz made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Electric Futbol Club's Nicanor Vigil dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. In the 86th minute, Ramiro Rosado made a precise shot to the right of Marco Jurgi. Electric Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Ramiro Rosado struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Marco Jurgi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Várzea F.C.. After 94 minutes of play, Várzea F.C.'s Ramiro Rosado made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Jurgi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Várzea F.C. had won after a very even match.
