Ingmar Bergman scored 1-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beltxe Balboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute 王适伟 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Badia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beltxe Balboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Bergman, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ingmar Bergman had several of the Pinturas Coronado's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Beltxe Balboa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Edgar Badia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Barowicz in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 minutes PERSPOLIS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Co Vid who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Pinturas Coronado's Co Vid to fire away a dangerous shot which Edgar Badia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edgar Badia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from C.J. Sharp, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulryk Barowicz in the 24th minute of play forced PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Edgar Badia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulryk Barowicz took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Badia. Edgar Badia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. PERSPOLIS's Edgar Badia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Barowicz in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Honorio Carceles reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Beltxe Balboa. The goal made the score 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by C.J. Sharp in the 40th minute of play forced PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Edgar Badia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PERSPOLIS's Edgar Badia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Barowicz in the 41st minute of play. Ingmar Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Co Vid came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Pinturas Coronado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Co Vid couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell C.J. Sharp to make the kick off. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Edgar Badia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pinturas Coronado eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
