SABALEPLUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthew Alavedra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. IFK Kik's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Matthew Alavedra scored to the left of an out of position Folke Gabrielsson, making the score, 2-0. When Matthew Alavedra came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the SABALEPLUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthew Alavedra couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, IFK Kik's goalkeeper Folke Gabrielsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Alavedra. Jakub Loncki was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. Santiago Toli had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Krish Melin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 30 minutes into the match, IFK Kik's goalkeeper Folke Gabrielsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Alavedra. With a little luck, IFK Kik's Folke Gabrielsson got control of the ball when Matthew Alavedra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matthew Alavedra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Folke Gabrielsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Matthew Alavedra slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. After 36 played minutes IFK Kik got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Nerio. 40 minutes into the match, IFK Kik's goalkeeper Folke Gabrielsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Alavedra. Santiago Toli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Olsman, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthew Alavedra to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Matthew Alavedra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Kik's Folke Gabrielsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matthew Alavedra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Gabrielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Nils-Erik Unesson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. IFK Kik's Erling Bolin was substituted for Krish Melin. SABALEPLUS made a substitution. Saba Lerø replaced Yiğit Tanırer. SABALEPLUS's Jasmin Jambrešić was substituted for Máximo Kirchner. After a rather tough play, IFK Kik's Nils-Erik Unesson got a free kick in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saba Lerø in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Gabrielsson saved IFK Kik from getting behind. Matthew Alavedra hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Santiago Toli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Olsman in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Zacarias Nerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Saba Lerø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Saba Lerø made a precise shot to the right of Folke Gabrielsson. IFK Kik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saba Lerø in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Gabrielsson saved IFK Kik from getting behind. The supporters of IFK Kik booed when SABALEPLUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Penc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santiago Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Olsman in the 84th minute of the match. If Matthew Alavedra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saba Lerø in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Gabrielsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led SABALEPLUS's Piotrek Rusin to fire away a dangerous shot which Folke Gabrielsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Saba Lerø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Gabrielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After 95 played minutes IFK Kik got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Erik Unesson. In the 96th minute of the match Piotrek Rusin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Folke Gabrielsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the SABALEPLUS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
