Leopoldo Manta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Gabrielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Leopoldo Manta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Git! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Leopoldo Mantas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Folke Gabrielsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. La Git!'s Leopoldo Manta got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes IFK Kik got a freekick which was hit by Barney Martindale. In the 17th minute, Leopoldo Manta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Git! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Oktay Kahveci's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Folke Gabrielsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. 21 minutes into the match, La Git!'s Leopoldo Manta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Folke Gabrielsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Kik's zone, Arda Baybars Tarhun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Gabrielsson came out of the goal and Arda Baybars Tarhun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the game, La Git!'s Leopoldo Manta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Gabrielsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, La Git!'s Leopoldo Manta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Folke Gabrielsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arda Baybars Tarhun made a great header on La Git!'s corner, it was just that IFK Kik's Folke Gabrielsson managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 42nd minute, Zacarias Nerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of IFK Kik:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Git!:s goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wieslaw Kolano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. La Git!'s attentive Panait Udrea managed to snatch the ball when Barney Martindale made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. IFK Kik's Folke Gabrielsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Kolano in the 54th minute of play. If Wieslaw Kolano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Kolano in the 55th minute of play forced IFK Kik's goalkeeper Folke Gabrielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Git!'s Panait Udrea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Barney Martindale, made in the 57th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Kolano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Folke Gabrielsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wieslaw Kolano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Gabrielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Wieslaw Kolano notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of IFK Kik's Folke Gabrielsson. Folke Gabrielsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. IFK Kik made a substitution. Erling Bolin replaced Krish Melin. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The La Git! fans cheered their team off the field, for while IFK Kik had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
