Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Godoi came free, but David Rotariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 minutes PoWer SC 2K5's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hudson Sergipano who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Palestra do Interior's Evripidis Picoulas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zvonimir Prestin in the 13th minute of play. Paulo Godoi struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. David Rotariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palestra do Interior. In the 18th minute, Paulo Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 20 played minutes Palestra do Interior got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho Ferreira. In the 21stth minute Matthew Wagner easily got through Palestra do Interior's defense and fired away a shot, but Allan Varela leaped left and performed a fabulous save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Godoi in the 23rd minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Goretzka in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in PoWer SC 2K5's zone, Paulo Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Rotariu came out of the goal and Paulo Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Godoi in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Godoi was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Patrick Middendorf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PoWer SC 2K5's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palestra do Interior the free kick. In the 55th minute, Patrick Middendorf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Godoi in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Palestra do Interior's Paulo Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Rotariu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 65 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Middendorf came free, but Allan Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leroy Kluttig in the 72nd minute of play. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Percival Cruz replaced Paulo Godoi. PoWer SC 2K5 were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Palestra do Interior's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matthew Wagner took the corner. The corner led PoWer SC 2K5's Lukas Goretzka to fire away a dangerous shot which Allan Varela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 82nd minute Palestra do Interior were awarded a corner. Niclas Danielsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Allan Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leroy Kluttig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's Percival Cruz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Rotariu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percival Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Palestra do Interior were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PoWer SC 2K5 for a fine match.
