Beltrán Lucas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Danial Ching made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Ryan Tan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Atletico Fenix's Fabio Herauso. Fabio Herauso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 29 minutes, Khairul Paine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redbourn AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Khairul Paine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Fenix's Dé Siqueira got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Fabio Herauso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabio Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Fabio Herauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fariz Swee in the 36th minute of the match. Redbourn AFC's Danial Ching played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Fafinski in the 39th minute of play. Fabio Herauso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khairul Paine's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beltrán Lucas was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn AFC's zone, Lukasz Fafinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danial Ching came out of the goal and Lukasz Fafinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khairul Paine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 minutes of play, Club Atletico Fenix's Leon Rius made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danial Ching was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leon Rius kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Danial Ching came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Fenix's Leon Rius. But to his dismay, Leon Rius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 70 minutes into the match, Cecilio Seber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danial Ching. Redbourn AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Seber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After some careless play in the Redbourn AFC defense, Cecilio Seber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danial Ching. The Redbourn AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danial Ching should have stopped the shot. Fabio Herauso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ryan Tan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 79 minute of play. Danial Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beltrán Lucas in the 86th minute of play. Danial Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beltrán Lucas in the 87th minute of the match. Lukasz Fafinski took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danial Ching. Danial Ching dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3.
