With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Rojas in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Herauso saved Club Atletico Fenix from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Rius during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Club Atletico Fenix got a freekick which was hit by Leon Rius. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Florencio Rojas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Snorlax FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Rojas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Herauso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Rius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Tancredo Manguyague made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico Fenix's Leon Rius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tancredo Manguyague. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. Florencio Rojas might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Herauso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Rojas ran back to his position shaking his head. Club Atletico Fenix's Fabio Herauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Rojas in the 34th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Snorlax FC got a freekick which was hit by Mark Aldana.
