The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Karl Bergstrøm put in a rough tackle. Pedro Luiz Perez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olav Øverby. Brufoss IL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 8thth minute of the game Orlando Mineiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brufoss IL's Olav Øverby was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Arild Reppen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Mineiro in the 11th minute of play forced Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Olav Øverby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renatinho Urbano hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Emerson Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bastian Ytterstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kenneth Foldnes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Emerson Leão made a huge save. In the 33rd minute José Augusto Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olav Øverby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arild Reppen kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Olav Øverby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Augusto Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Bastian Ytterstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Estevez Palmeira came free, but Olav Øverby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Mæhlum kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Olav Øverby didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Augusto Novaes went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Estevez Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 57th minute Orlando Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olav Øverby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Sidney Lima replaced Sebastião Diniz. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Orlando Mineiro got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Novaes in the 65th minute of play forced Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Olav Øverby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenneth Foldnes kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Brufoss IL's Tore Fagermo was substituted for Stian Steen. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Wiliam Cardozo replaced Léo Velasco. ITAFUT 4EVER's Estevez Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olav Øverby was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Beto Aparecido capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Beto Aparecido really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Brufoss IL's zone, Beto Aparecido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olav Øverby came out of the goal and Beto Aparecido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emerson Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastian Ytterstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute Brufoss IL were awarded a corner. Jørund Nyhagen went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet as ITAFUT 4EVER's José Augusto Novaes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olav Øverby. That made the score 0-5 after 87 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Renatinho Urbano got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute, Bastian Ytterstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Brufoss IL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ITAFUT 4EVER were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
