Eloy Polentzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Sabin in the 5th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Gaspar Sabin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eloy Polentzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eloy Polentzi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Poz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Copérnico F.C.'s zone, Leonardo Poz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Polentzi came out of the goal and Leonardo Poz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Leonardo Poz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Copérnico F.C.'s zone, Leonardo Poz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Polentzi came out of the goal and Leonardo Poz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Copérnico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Ponciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Poz in the 25th minute of play forced Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Eloy Polentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Amadeo Florin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sixto Ugaitz fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copérnico F.C.'s protests and gave Sixto Ugaitz a yellow card for diving instead. Sixto Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Eloy Polentzi was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Leonardo Poz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonardo Poz really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0.

The wind increased when Gaspar Sabin made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Sabin to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Copérnico F.C.'s Cristobal Lehoi got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Gaspar Sabin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Leones FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gaspar Sabin in the 74th minute. Jaime Mundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Polentzi having to interfere. Leonardo Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Jaime Mundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Amadeo Florin made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Obeko. Leones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.
